Course Objectives
- Know the purpose and terminologies of web browsers or search engine such as Chrome, Google, Yahoo etc.
- Search for information on web browsers or search engines and select the desired search result
- Be able to identify false information with some confidence
- Know the difference and differentiate between sponsored content vs non-sponsored content
- Learn to navigate using Google Maps
Learning Outcomes
Participants will learn about the purposes and key terms related to web browsers and search engines. They'll acquire skills to effectively search for information using these tools and choose relevant results. Additionally, participants will understand the diverse nature of online content, including misinformation, and gain confidence in identifying false information.
